Shipping and Returns Policy

​Shipping in Israel

An order from YAM Jewelry is expected to arrive within 21 business days from the time of placing it and provided that the payment method has been processed properly.

The items: earrings - silver - gold - rings - bracelets, etc. will be delivered within the borders of the State of Israel, according to the address entered by the user.

The items will be delivered according to the method chosen by the user when placing the order: registered mail, courier mail or self-collection.

The items purchased on the site will be delivered subject to the fact that the credit card details entered by the user are correct and that the transaction has been approved by the credit card company.

International shipments

Delivery of items abroad will be possible to the address entered by the user.

Items purchased on the site will be delivered within 21 days after the transaction has been approved by the credit card company.

The user is requested to examine, before placing the order, the feasibility of a demand by the authorities of the country to which the order was made for the payment of tax and/or customs duties for the ordered products. It is the user's full responsibility to check the feasibility of charging these and/or other taxes, and he hereby waives any claim and/or demand and/or complaint against the site operators. Any customs or other tax payment imposed on the order upon its entry into the country to which the order was made will apply to the user only and will not constitute grounds for canceling the order.

 

Returns and Exchanges

The use of the site is subject to the site's returns and exchanges policy, which is an integral part of these regulations. Please read it carefully. All of the above is in addition to the provisions of the returns and exchanges policy as stated.

Transaction Cancellation

Transaction cancellation will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”).

Cancellation will be made from the date of placing the order until 14 days after receipt of the items or from the date of receipt of a document regarding the order (including details of the transaction and information about the item), whichever is later.

By law, when canceling a transaction, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS will be deducted – whichever is lower.

If the credit card company or other entity for performing credit card clearing, charges a fee for canceling the transaction, the consumer will be charged this amount in addition to the cancellation fee as stated above.

In the event that the items have already been sent by the business to the user's address, then the cost of shipping the items back to the business's offices will be at the expense of the user who cancels the transaction, and cancellation of the order will be subject to the return of the items with the original labels, in their original packaging without any defect and/or stain and/or damage and/or tear of any kind.

The return of the items will be made in advance with the site operators and the partial credit that will be issued to the user will only be made upon receipt of the items back in their original packaging without any damage or defect.

In any case where the item is out of stock, the site operators may cancel the transaction or offer a replacement item, however, without derogating from the above, the site operators will not be liable for any damage caused to the user directly or indirectly, including but not limited to, a case in which the user is forced to purchase the item at a higher price elsewhere.

The site operators reserve the right to cancel the transaction at any time and as they deem appropriate, including a case in which The user acted illegally and/or violated the terms of use of the site and/or provided false personal information and/or performed an action or deed that could harm the integrity, image or proper operation of the application and/or a case in which there was a clerical error, a pen error or any other error in the details of the product description, its price, costs and shipping fees, etc.

If the transaction was made in installments, the credit can and will also be in installments, at the discretion of the site operators.

Policy for returning damaged products

It is the user's responsibility to check immediately upon receipt of the item that the item is not damaged or does not differ from the item ordered. If the item is damaged or different and the user wishes to return it without receiving a replacement item, then the user may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the item by contacting customer service by phone or contacting the site operators' email address.

Returning damaged items will be at the site's expense and after coordination with customer service.

Item not found User Likes

If the user is interested in receiving a replacement item instead of the item ordered due to the fact that he did not like it or for a size change, the user must contact customer service at the email address and notify him of his desire to exchange the item.

If the user is not interested in receiving a replacement item, he may cancel the transaction and receive a credit and act according to the number of days and in accordance with the established guidelines regarding transaction cancellation.
